We create from within.
And we reconnect.
This is the way of Sacred Play.
How Sacred Play works.
1. Learn the Process.
Attend a step-by-step guided Introductory Session so you feel confident joining a group or practicing on your own.
2. Make it a Practice.
Become a member and attend live online sessions, join a Play Group or watch recorded sessions. You decide how you want to participate.
3. Live from your spirit.
Live aligned with your spirit, letting it guide with wisdom as learned and practiced in Sacred Play.
The first step... the Sacred Play Introductory Session.
The Introductory Session is a three-hour guided experience of Sacred Play. Together, we quiet the mind, set an intention, create, write and witness. I guide you through each step, so there's nothing to memorize. All you need is a journal, a pen and an art supply to play with. We meet on Zoom. Each Introductory Session is limited to twelve participants.
Afterward, you'll know how to practice Sacred Play on your own or continue with us in the Sacred Play Community.
Why I created Sacred Play

I’ve been spiritually hungry for as long as I can remember. Creativity entered later. But I knew they belonged together, and I'd been looking for a way ever since.
Meanwhile, life happened. I became a mother, built a ceramics business, trained as a life coach, and eventually returned to ArtCenter, this time helping art students chase their futures. Good chapters, all of them.
But the thing kept reminding me.
It obviously did not want me to forget. And I couldn't. I didn't want it to die with me. So I left a secure job in order to respond. Sacred Play is the experience of creativity and spirituality I envisioned. It just took me a little while to be brave enough to jump.
It went against all my security logic. But the more I practiced Sacred Play, the more I recognized the path. I would be okay. More than okay. Actually, it felt like there was no other way.
