Why creativity?
Just as yoga, meditation and journaling can nurture our spiritual lives, creativity offers another way to explore our inner world.
With art materials, the possibilities are as wide as your imagination. There are no grades or expectations. You're free to explore, make a mess and discover as you do. The "no comments" rule... well, that's the only rule. It creates a safe space for you to play without judgement. You probably haven't experienced this before. It's one of the things that makes Sacred Play special.
There's no need to be quiet, manage your thoughts or be still. It's a great practice for creative minds that don't stop.
How Sacred Play works.
1. Learn the Process.
Attend a step-by-step guided Introductory Session so you feel confident joining a group or practicing on your own.
2. Make it a Practice.
Become a member and attend live online sessions, join a Play Group or watch recorded sessions. You decide how you want to participate.
3. Deepen Your Connection.
As your spiritual awareness grows, so does your trust in your inner wisdom. You begin to recognize guidance and experience more peace and joy in life.
The first step... the Sacred Play Introductory Session.
The Introductory Session is a three-hour guided experience of Sacred Play. Together, we slow down, set an intention, create, write and witness. I guide you through each step, so there's nothing to memorize.
Sacred Play is about process, not product. A "no comments" rule protects that freedom and invites exploration. All you need is a journal, a pen and an art supply to play with. We meet on Zoom. The Introductory Session costs $95, with a maximum of twelve participants.
Afterward, you'll know how to practice Sacred Play on your own, or you can become part of the Sacred Play Community.
Why I created Sacred Play

I’ve been drawn to spirituality for as long as I can remember. Creativity entered later. But I knew they belonged together. It even had a name, Sacred Play, but I didn't yet know what it was.
Meanwhile, life happened. I became a mother, built a ceramics business, worked as a life coach, and eventually returned to ArtCenter, this time helping art students chase their futures. Good chapters, all of them.
But Sacred Play kept calling. Over time, it began to take shape as a creative process for spiritual exploration and growth. The more I practiced, the more I discovered.
Eventually, I left my full-time job to share Sacred Play with others. I wanted to create a place where women, who were both spiritually and creatively inclined, could come together to play, explore and enrich their spiritual lives.
